“The USVI police have made so many mistakes during this investigation and now seem to be doing nothing at all,” family and friends said in a statement.
They added that they had come to the “horrendous conclusion” that Heslop would not be found alive but pledged to continue pushing for answers. “We need to know what happened to her. We need justice for Sarm.”
