British citizen Sarm Heslop still missing after eight weeks – friends release video message and reward.
Friends of Southampton woman, 41 year old Sarm Heslop who went missing from St. John in the US Virgin Islands in the early hours of Monday March 8, 2021 have issued a video montage of messages in the hope of attracting new attention to her disappearance and any information which may lead to new details emerging in the case.
Through a Go Fund Me page, the group of friends has also put up a reward of up to $10,000 and is working in association with Crime Stoppers, for any new, vital facts.
Commenting, Sarm’s best friend Andrew Baldwin said: “It is now two months since Sarm went missing. Eight weeks in which we get more and more distraught and despondent as leads dry up and there seems to be no further knowledge or clues as to what has happened to Sarm.
We hope the reward may just jog someone’s memory or entice them to come forward with any new information which may be used by the Virgin Islands Police Department in its ongoing search for Sarm and investigation into the events leading up to the time she disappeared.
We all know Sarm would not disappear of her own volition or free will. Something has happened to her and we will not pause until we get the answers we need.
Even the tiniest, seemingly irrelevant detail may indeed be relevant so we would implore people to come forward and inform VIPD immediately if they can recall anything unusual or saw anything pertinent the night of Sunday March 7 and early hours of March 8, 2021.
If anyone has any information that may help in the search for Sarm they should contact VIPD:
- Major Crime department; Criminal Investigation Bureau (340) 774-2211
- Crime Stoppers USVI at (800) 222-TIPS
